Ability to work effectively independently and as a part of the team
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Valid driving license B category
Experience in Real Estate is an advantage

Discover your day-to-day responsibilities:

You will learn how to advise local and international clients, working with an experienced mentor, and alongside senior consultants on numerous interesting projects
Actively involved in the project transaction process with a focus on client communication, attendance at client meetings, aiming to support sales and negotiation processes
Maintaining a highly professional appearance and acting in line with high ethical standards and integrity
Producing proposals, brochures and related marketing/offer packages for clients
Heavily involved in cold calling and prospecting for new business and following up on leads and opportunities to assist in closing the deals
Assisting with site tours and presentations
Maintaining company databases to track prospects and business opportunities, along with keeping the confidentiality of our database and records

Job description:

proposing, planning, preparing, executing and reporting on marketing and other activities for key partners in the field in accordance with work instructions for the cycles
presentation and promotion of products and business at a highly professional level
planning, preparation (including pre- and post-visit analysis), execution and reporting on targeted personal visits to key clients – pharmacies and group presentations to their employees in accordance with valid work instructions in accordance with valid SPCs

active participation in e-learning courses, trainings, seminars and meetings for professional associates
taking care of the rational use of promotional materials, other marketing and work tools in such a way as to achieve optimal results with economy and optimal efficiency
monitoring, analysis and reporting on the state of the market with regard to company's products, competitive products and work activities in the field of work and proposing appropriate activities
performance of marketing and other activities in accordance with applicable rules, regulations and provisions
obtaining/receiving and sending/forwarding data on drug safety and other pharmacovigilance activities
