Due to an expansion of our business, Manpower Croatia is looking for a motivated candidate to join our team in the position of Recruitment Consultant (m/f). As a part of Manpower Croatia Recruitment team, you will be dealing with clients and candidates with a focus to understand the needs of both sides: candidates `aspirations and clients` preferences.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Recruitment and selection process management
Coordinating and conducting the introduction to the job process, recruiting of candidates for all level positions (mainly Blue-collar profiles)
Selection process – preselecting, defining a recruitment method and job profiles, choosing appropriate selection instruments
Sourcing and identifying suitable applicants through effective job matching
Interviewing applicants within corporate guidelines to establish strengths, skills and requirements
Communicating all requirements of the job to the applicant
Providing face-to-face and online interviews
Developing and maintaining good relationships with applicants and clients

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluency in English, additional language will be a strong advantage
Knowledge of MS Office package
Ability to accept high-performance demands
Kind and polite person who fits within Manpower Croata standards and corporate culture
Team player, but at the same time goal-oriented and independent individual, motivated for further development and passionate about HR

Procurement Manager (m/f)

Place of work: Zagreb

Job description:

Developing sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of products/materials used in the business
Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors
Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries
Communicating with management regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods and services affecting production
Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement
Developing risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages
Supervising a purchasing team and delegating tasks across departments when necessary
Working closely with the company legal department to make sure contracts and terms are favorable

 

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of work experience on similar managerial position
Advanced English knowledge (B2/C1)
Preferably Master’s Degree in Economics, Business and Finance
Outstanding management skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong organization skills
Written and verbal communication skills
