Key Account Manager

Job description:

proposing, planning, preparing, executing and reporting on marketing and other activities for key partners in the field in accordance with work instructions for the cycles
presentation and promotion of products and business at a highly professional level
planning, preparation (including pre- and post-visit analysis), execution and reporting on targeted personal visits to key clients – pharmacies and group presentations to their employees in accordance with valid work instructions in accordance with valid SPCs
monitoring, analysis and ensuring the appropriate level of stock of products
developing strategies to increase opportunities for achieving and nurturing partnerships with pharmacies
achieve, develop and maintain good relations with key clients in the territory (whole Croatia)
proposing specific strategic and tactical approaches and activities and their operational performance for key clients on the market
regular use of the customer relationship management system (CRM) and maintenance and updating of the database of pharmacies
presenting and promoting products at external events, congresses and fairs in which the company participates
active participation in e-learning courses, trainings, seminars and meetings for professional associates
taking care of the rational use of promotional materials, other marketing and work tools in such a way as to achieve optimal results with economy and optimal efficiency
monitoring, analysis and reporting on the state of the market with regard to company's products, competitive products and work activities in the field of work and proposing appropriate activities
performance of marketing and other activities in accordance with applicable rules, regulations and provisions
obtaining/receiving and sending/forwarding data on drug safety and other pharmacovigilance activities
